"Holy crap, what is there that I can say about Andrea that doesn't make her look like Mother Teresa. This woman is amazing. My wife and I are from Los Angeles California and we were looking for our first home and decided we wanted to buy it in Sioux Falls South Dakota. Through sheer luck we were connected with Andrea and by G-d are we grateful for that connection. Andrea was on top of everything, got us the best price, and was so responsive to every call for help we had from her. Even when we needed help months after closing she would still respond to us and help us. Things that we couldn't actively do because we were in Los Angeles she would go out and do it herself. This woman is deserving of sainthood and if you ever need a realtor ask for her."

"Andrea was such a great realtor to work with! Not one part of the experience was troublesome at all. She is very well experienced and has great connections with all of the people that are involved with home buying ranging from inspectors to banks. We were tied up with our time and very busy while buying a home and she took care of everything, made time accommodations for us, and found other parties (inspections) that could help us on Saturday’s. She was so kind and was happy to explain everything as we are first time home buyers. During a crazy time with finances and no houses being on the market, she was VERY proactive and scored us a beautiful home within hours of it being on the market. I would definitely recommend Andrea if you are thinking about buying or selling a home and want someone that is highly qualified, experienced, and proactive with many connections."

I sold my home after I moved and the confidence I had in Andrea made that process much easier than I anticipated. "Andrea helped me pick out my first house! I was a first time home buyer and she made sure I got all of the grants and discounts to help make it that much easier for me financially. She doesn't have a pushy personality which I took to really well! I would strongly recommend Andrea especially for someone buying their first home! It's always scary that you will be taken advantage of by the mortgage company or inspectors or miss opportunities with grants because you are new to the market--- Andrea made sure the inspector was highly rated and did a good job, she made sure my mortgage company was doing right by me and researched to make sure there wasn't anymore savings I could be getting. I will be coming back to her if I ever decide to sell my house and move!"
